Doron Behar 01d4e2fe33 treewide: use ffmpeg_3 explicitly if not wanted otherwise
After making `ffmpeg` point to the latest `ffmpeg_4`, all packages that
used `ffmpeg` without requiring a specific version now use ffmpeg_3
explicitly so they shouldn't change.

Matthew Glazar 1a0098042d oraclejdk: use working mirror for download
http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/ was recently renamed to
http://download.oracle.com/otn/ and now requires authentication with an
Oracle account. http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/ links don't work
anymore, so installing oraclejdk fails.

Switch to http://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/GetFile/, which does
not require authentication. This fixes installing oraclejdk.

Note: The URL for JCE is still broken; this commit only fixes the URL
for the JDK.

treewide: remove paxutils from stdenv
More then one year ago we removed grsecurity kernels from nixpkgs:
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/25277

This removes now also paxutils from stdenv.

John Ericson da19c34d0f stdenv setup: Always use both propagated files
This continues #23374, which always kept around both attributes, by
always including both propagated files: `propgated-native-build-inputs`
and `propagated-build-inputs`. `nativePkgs` and `crossPkgs` are still
defined as before, however, so this change should only barely
observable.

This is an incremental step to fully keeping the dependencies separate
in all cases.

John Ericson f6f40e3fe5 stdenv-setup and misc pkgs: Revert to space-deliminated propagated-* files
We cannot switch to line-delimited yet, because certain Nix commands do
not read in the entire file, but just the first line.

John Ericson 3cb745d5a6 stdenv: Store one package per line in nix-support/propagated-*
This makes those files a bit easier to read. Also, for what it's worth,
it brings us one baby step closer to handling spaces in store paths.

Also, I optimized handling of many transitive deps with read. Probably,
not very beneficial, but nice to enforce the pkg-per-line structure.
Doing so let me find much dubious code and fix it.

Two misc notes:

 - `propagated-user-env-packages` also needed to be adjusted as
sometimes it is copied to/from the propagated input files.

 - `local fd` should ensure that file descriptors aren't clobbered
   during recursion.

Brian McKenna 2db64534f1 oraclejdk8: Fix installation of JCE
Oracle changed the path of the files.

Previous versions looked like:

    $ jar tf UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK7.zip
    UnlimitedJCEPolicy/
    UnlimitedJCEPolicy/US_export_policy.jar
    UnlimitedJCEPolicy/local_policy.jar
    UnlimitedJCEPolicy/README.txt

The new version looks like:

    $ jar tf jce_policy-8.zip
    UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK8/
    UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK8/local_policy.jar
    UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK8/README.txt
    UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK8/US_export_policy.jar

A better solution is probably just to trim the directory off completely.

Vladimír Čunát 88c9f8b574 xlibs: replace occurrences by xorg
This seems to have been confusing people, using both xlibs and xorg, etc.
- Avoided renaming local (and different) xlibs binding in gcc*.
- Fixed cases where both xorg and xlibs were used.
Hopefully everything still works as before.

Vladimír Čunát 8f33b8cc93 mass rewrite of find parameters to cross-platform style
Fixes #9044, close #9667. Thanks to @taku0 for suggesting this solution.
Now we have no modes starting with `/` or `+`.

Rewrite the `-perm` parameters of find:
 - completely safe: rewrite `/0100` and `+100` to `-0100`,
 - slightly semantics-changing: rewrite `+111` to `-0100`.
I cross-verified the `find` manual pages for Linux, Darwin, FreeBSD.
