duperemove: get linuxHeaders from stdenv
Building against anything other than the headers used to build libc
doesn't really make any sense.

Also: this package is Linux specific, so mark it as such.

duperemove: Update from 0.09.beta2 to 0.09.4.
Also switches to fetchFromGitHub to remove the need to depend on Git for
fetching the source tarball.
