Matthew Bauer 76999cc40e treewide: remove aliases in nixpkgs
This makes the command ‘nix-env -qa -f. --arg config '{skipAliases =
true;}'’ work in Nixpkgs.

Misc...

- qtikz: use libsForQt5.callPackage

  This ensures we get the right poppler.

- rewrites:

  docbook5_xsl -> docbook_xsl_ns
  docbook_xml_xslt -> docbook_xsl

This utility is a client to FAM (File Alteration Monitor) servers
like FAM or Gamin. You give it some filenames on the command line
and then it monitors those files for changes. When it discovers
that a file has been altered, it displays the filename on the
standard-output or executes a given command.
